MOQ varies by product. Standard products can start from 1 unit for samples and 10-50 units for production. Custom branded products typically require 50-500 units. Full ODM projects require custom MOQ based on development costs. We'll always confirm MOQ in our proposal.
We conduct quality inspection at three stages: pre-production (materials and components), during-production (process monitoring), and pre-shipment (final AQL inspection). You receive a detailed QC report with photos and test results before shipment. We only release products that pass our standards.
We accept bank transfer (T/T), credit card, PayPal, and other international payment methods. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. For large orders, we can negotiate more flexible terms including letter of credit (L/C).
