AI concept renders are delivered within 24 hours of your brief. Engineering, 3D-printed prototypes and sampling typically take 2–8 weeks depending on product complexity. Mass production and certification depend on your volume and target markets.

We support the certifications required for your target market — including CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, UKCA and others, coordinated through our engineering and compliance partners. Required certifications are confirmed during project scoping, before tooling.

Yes. We maintain bank accounts in Hong Kong (HKD), United States (USD), United Kingdom (GBP), Eurozone (EUR) and UAE (AED) under our Hong Kong entity, so you can pay locally without cross-border friction. Yes. We sign NDAs before sharing engineering details, keep your designs strictly confidential, and never resell your custom design to third parties. Your brand, software, molds and tooling remain yours — molds can be kept under your name.

Everything: exterior appearance and colors, materials, size, hardware modules, software features, voice/UI language, branding, packaging and box contents. You can start from one of our platform products and change only the skin — or develop a fully new product from scratch.

OEM — you provide the design/spec and we manufacture it for you. ODM — we design and manufacture based on your requirements, from one of our platforms or a new concept. Most global buyers start with ODM (brand their own product from our base designs), then move to deeper customization as volumes grow.

Yes. We provide 3D-printed or pre-production samples for your evaluation before committing to molds and volume. Sample lead time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the product.

Absolutely — white-label and full brand customization is our core business. We produce your branded product, packaging and software UI, and ship directly to your warehouse or customers worldwide.
